From eternity, God exists as the One True and Living God in three persons of one substance: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; equal in power and glory. God is perfect in holiness, wisdom, goodness, justice, power, and love.

God sent His Son, Jesus, into the world as a sacrifice for us. Jesus is fully God and fully man in one person, and coequal with the Father and Holy Spirit. He lived a sinless life, died, and was buried. He rose from the dead after three days, demonstrating his power over sin and death. On the cross He took God's judgment for sin that we deserved. Through His death and resurrection, we can receive forgiveness of sins and new life. He ascended to Heaven and is ruling at the right hand of the Father.

The Holy Spirit was poured out on the Church at Pentecost in power, baptizing believers into the Body of Christ and releasing spiritual gifts to them. He is the permanent indwelling presence of God to believers for sanctification, building the Church, spiritual gifts, and empowerment.

The Holy Spirit is still working today in all biblical gifts of the Spirit. We practice the laying on of hands for empowerment of the Holy Spirit, healing, and for recognition of those whom God has ordained to lead and serve the Church.

God made men and women in His image (imago dei) for relationship with Himself, relationship with each other, and to govern the earth. Adam and Eve sinned against God and all creation now experiences the consequences and effects of sin.

Jesus Christ gave two ordinances to the Church: water baptism and communion. Water baptism is a public declaration of three important things: you're a follower of Jesus, you're beginning a changed life in Christ, and you're part of a new family. Communion is a time of remembering Christ's sacrifice for us on the cross. The bread and wine represent His Body and Blood. Every time we take communion, we proclaim Christ's death for us until He returns. Both are available to all believers and should be practiced.

Jesus Christ will return to Earth as King in a glorious, visible, and triumphant appearing. He will bring about the final defeat of Satan and the kingdom of darkness. There will be the resurrection of the dead and the final judgment. God's Kingdom will be fulfilled in the new heavens and the new earth, recreated by His mighty power, where righteousness dwells and God is forever worshiped.
